What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Package subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with the current month's services remaining active until the billing cycle ends.

How long are the sessions?

Session length varies by package. Starter packages include 60-minute sessions, Professional packages feature 90-minute sessions, and Elite packages offer 120-minute sessions. All sessions are structured to maximize learning efficiency and maintain engagement.

Can sessions be conducted online?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online sessions to accommodate different preferences and circumstances. Online sessions are conducted through secure video platforms and maintain the same quality and effectiveness as in-person sessions.

How far in advance can I schedule?

You can schedule sessions up to 4 weeks in advance. We recommend scheduling regular sessions to maintain consistent progress. Last-minute scheduling is subject to tutor availability.

Payment and Packages

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes, you can modify your package at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades provide immediate access to additional benefits, while downgrades continue your current benefits until the cycle ends.

Do you offer refunds?
