Refund Policy
At creativemal, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs while maintaining fair practices for all parties involved.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle.
Session Cancellations
Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being charged. In cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or service commencement
- A valid reason must be provided explaining why the service did not meet expectations
- Services used will be prorated, and refunds will be calculated based on unused portions
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Learning materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
- Sessions where the client does not attend without prior notice
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

If you have concerns about our services or billing, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our customer service team will work with you to address any issues and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
